YAM (Young Adult Ministry)

V.I.S.A. Statement:

Our VISION is to praise and glorify God, as well as gain an understanding of God's word and teachings as it applies in our lives; to provide an open forum where young adults can meet regularly to discuss the various spiritual issues our age group faces. Proverbs 29:18, Habakkuk 2:3, Psalm 89: 19

Our INTEGRITY comes through not merely listening to the word of God but doing the word of God through Prayer, Bible, & Stewardship. James 1:22, 1 Kings 9:4-5, Psalm 41:11-13, Proverbs 2:20-21

Our STRUCTURE in accomplished by engaging in the following activities:

• Bi-Weekly Bible Study

• Bi-Weekly Prayer Time

• Outings: Bowling, Plays, Skating, Spa Days, Movie Night

Our ACCOUNTABILITY is shown by helping everyone become involved in recognizing, acknowledging, & using their gifts, abilities, and talents for God’s Purpose. Romans 14:12, Proverbs 27:23, Matthew 12:36
