VISION: The objective of the Mother’s Board Ministry is to be a witness for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and to share the Good News of the Gospel to a hurting and troubled people; people who could be mourning from the loss of a loved one, people who could be experiencing depression, anxiety, hopelessness, fearfulness, etc. The members of the Mother’s Board are set aside to minister with prayer and comfort to these people in need. James 5:14, 1Timothy 5:1, Matthew 10:6-7

INTEGRITY: Our mission and ministry is based on God’s Word and therefore we are not to be fearful as we go out to minister to the people. We can hold fast to our purpose and not worry about what we should say, because the Spirit of the Lord is with us and through us will speak truth that will bear witness for us as we comfort others. Proverbs 20:7, Titus 2:3-8, Matthew 10:16-20

STRUCTURE: Our ministry’s main purpose is to bring comfort and peace to a hurting people by starting out with prayer for our God to show us where the need is and then to show us how to approach the need with a loving and caring attitude. Matthew 10:9-15

ACCOUNTABILITY: Together, as we work out the purpose of our ministry, we should be of the same mind and spirit as we study to know God’s Word and be able to share His Word with others. Also be unafraid to confess Him before men as we take up our cross daily. Matthew 10:32-42
